Absolutely terrible quality. The teeth don't even come close to the accuracy needed to straighten the fins. The teeth are a different size than the teeth next to them and come with a bunch of plastic tags from the molding process. This is the general quality of Hot Garbo. In fact, I damaged my block MORE trying to use this piece of shit. Do yourself a favor and spend some money on one made out of METAL. If you also need to measure how many fins you have per inch, you can purchase one specifically for your high-end device. I thought this would at least be a workable solution to my curved fin problem, but it only made my problem worse. Avoid this product.
