Not for motorcycles or places exposed to water
I mounted them on my skid plate using the brackets I ordered. They are not waterproof. I had to install them sideways and water got into the lens of one of the lights where the wire enters. Second, the power button isn't even remotely waterproof. Gets wet, collapses and becomes inoperable. The wiring harness is single and forked, which limits the distance you can position the lights, and if you don't match the connectors perfectly the first time (no waterproof butt connectors) you'll quickly run out of the harness.
