For the past four years, I have been taking these vitamins. with rest periods in between. Date of expiration 2023. After use, fingernails, toenails, hair, and skin all appear better.

Pros

The composition of vitamins and their percentage content in 1 capsule match the daily requirements of humans.

Cons

They are not for me.

Has some pros I really like these vitamins, they work, give energy. Has some cons The package says to take 2 pieces per day. Duck here - this is a VERY large dose of vitamins. Take 1 piece!
