The ease of use makes this system very user friendly! Also it has some really great features that help to improve efficiency in our call center department by providing us with reports regarding each agents work hours throughout their shifts (which helps ensure everyone gets paid).
Not much as I dislike nothing about tixtime but if you have any problems or questions we are always there to answer them. It's easy enough anyone can learn how to operate at least part of it. We've been able solve so many issues such as; solving payroll discrepancies between employees' paychecks which was not being reconciled properly prior.
