Great tool when scheduling employees

We are using tixtime mainly to schedule our agents around their available times so that they can work from home with ease. I have had no issues or complaints about this product as of yet but i am very happy it has helped me out in my job at hand! The only downside was how difficult it would be if you were trying to use the program without any experience/training which may make some people think twice before purchasing it. If you're looking for something easy and user friendly then go ahead…

  • It is extremely convenient, simple & quick way too add an agent when needed while being cost effective.I find scheduling easier now than ever compared other software we used previously.It also helps avoid double booking employees especially since each time period could last up 30 minutes depending upon availability (i done't know what else)...very good app..it

Great time tracking software for small businesses

I like that it allows me to easily track my employees' hours worked each week so we can keep accurate records of their work history at our call center! It's very easy-to use as well; you don't need any training or experience in order get up & running with this system right away - which was nice since there are no prior set ups required before using tixtime (which makes other systems seem complicated). Makes tracking employee time and attendance simple

The features that I like best are its flexibility to add new apps/tools easily without requiring any coding knowledge or expertise. It's easy enough even for someone who has zero technical skills to use it effectively in their organization.The interface of tixtime was not very user friendly at first but with some training you can get used to using this tool quickly.If there were more tutorials available online which could be accessed by anyone from anywhere then we would have no problems…

The ease of use makes this system very user friendly! Also it has some really great features that help to improve efficiency in our call center department by providing us with reports regarding each agents work hours throughout their shifts (which helps ensure everyone gets paid). Not much as I dislike nothing about tixtime but if you have any problems or questions we are always there to answer them. It's easy enough anyone can learn how to operate at least part of it. Very good overall product- even better support

I especially appreciate all of the details that are present. Everything about contacting a business is well documented as to how, when etc.. A very well thought out program. No details left behind for people who were not aware what was happening. The ease with which you can schedule employees is great. I also think it integrates fairly well if you use other products. As always there are issues here and there no matter what program you're using. Sometimes things aren't where you think they…
