I like that it allows me to easily track my employees' hours worked each week so we can keep accurate records of their work history at our call center! It's very easy-to use as well; you don't need any training or experience in order get up & running with this system right away - which was nice since there are no prior set ups required before using tixtime (which makes other systems seem complicated). There aren’t many features included out off box but they do have some addons available if needed/wanted by customers who purchase them through support staff from Time2Call Center Solutions LLC., such things include adding more modules /features into your program including Call Recording Module(s), Text Messaging module etc.. As stated above though these additional items will require extra licenses purchased directly thru us via phone calls made between 8am – 5pm EST Monday–Friday only during normal business.
