Very good overall product- even better support

I especially appreciate all of the details that are present. Everything about contacting a business is well documented as to how, when etc.. A very well thought out program. No details left behind for people who were not aware what was happening. The ease with which you can schedule employees is great. I also think it integrates fairly well if you use other products. As always there are issues here and there no matter what program you're using. Sometimes things aren't where you think they should be (sometimes very easy locations to add extra space for new additions.) If your looking for an all in one scheduling/HR platform this is your best option! We used different programs throughout our organization before we found the system to fit both of us perfectly. We are now seeing everything in one platform while being able find more information at a fast pace to make quick decisions about any given issue. I like the ability to manage all of our scheduling needs in one place. I dislike that sometimes it's very slow when you try to make changes. We use it to schedule our call center agents. It's very easy to use and it's also very user friendly. We are able to see all of our agents and what their availability is for the next few weeks. This is very helpful for scheduling our agents.
