The only reason I gave two stars is because I was told not to trust one star reviews because they could be fake. I bought this and shipping was fast. At first I thought the tablet was fine because it looked brand new with a tiny scratch that was barely visible, but then it wouldn't charge. Bought a tablet for $250. I emailed the company and they said they couldn't provide a $250 replacement. I would have to pay the full $315. Even if I get a refund, I don't have the money to buy a new one. I'm really upset about this because my laptop broke recently and I needed it for college classes and I saw that I could finally afford the one I've always wanted. The company rep told me to contact Microsoft about the problem since it's still under warranty, but after talking to the robots for two hours, I was disappointed with Microsoft's help. I know I can get it to the Microsoft Store, but I'm a full-time student, I work part-time, and I rarely have time to travel within an hour. Now I have a tablet that doesn't work and there's no way I can get a new one without paying more than before, so overall I'm dissatisfied with the Woot product or customer service.
