Oral-B has been at the forefront of toothbrush design for several years, but I've always been skeptical that an 'advanced' toothbrush could be any more useful than a plain old toothbrush and some grease. Well, now I'm a believer! The design of this nozzle is such that no matter how you clean, there is always a bristle to clean, rub, massage or penetrate hard-to-reach areas of your skin. Mouth. When I first used this brush my teeth felt like someone else's afterwards, like I just took my braces off (but without the slimy feeling). I have pretty good teeth, but this brush actually cleans your pearly whites quite well. The head is on a flexible hinge, similar to a swimmer. I think this allows it to fit in your mouth and reach those hard-to-reach places no matter how you orient your hand. Often, at least according to my dentist, people hold the front bristles with their teeth and can't really get the bristles between their teeth where most of the food and debris is. This brush pretty much takes care of that. I'm not saying it's the best brush, but as far as brushes I've tested go, this is now my new favorite until I find one that can do what this one does, plus a few more. One more note: I bought this pack because they recommend changing your toothbrush every 3 months, so with a subscription and saving from Revain I get a set of 2 (two members of the house) mailed to me every three months. A great way to always have a clean toothbrush handy and not put anything in your mouth that is teeming with bacteria.
