The answer to the smell of leftovers

We dispose of kitchen waste with it. We put the rubbish in a bag which is the liner for a plastic bin, when it's full we tie it up and throw it in the bin. The trash can no longer stinks as the trash is tied up tightly for weekly collection. Do the neighbors have garbage cans with a smell? gift it!
