Wonderful new software & exceptional support

It's fast and easy to use. I have been able to quickly get up to speed without having any training at all! The customer service team has always been helpful and friendly. As long as you can find someone who knows what they are doing it will be great!! There isn't anything that we dislike about this system. We've found it very efficient and useful in our daily business routine. So far there really hasn't been much to say against it. If your current HR department doesn't know how to operate these systems then look elsewhere (unless its something else like payroll). This program was designed for us by another organization so there wasn't very much choice when choosing which one to go with. My previous employer used ADP and had issues keeping track of people and tasks within each employee’s job duties, but once again, since moving over to OPM my problems were solved immediately. I like that it's easy to use and understand. It has helped us manage our workforce and keep track of all time off requests. There are some features which don't work as well as others but overall they have been very helpful in keeping track of my team members' hours. The interface isn't always intuitive so you need to spend some time getting used to how things work. We've found this system to be quite useful when tracking employee leave times and requesting time off.
