Great Stuff best in my review
If you are a serious home baker, this is the parchment for you. It is easy to use, a good weight, and convenient. I used to use commercial parchment (full sheet pan size), but it is cumbersome, difficult to store, and although inexpensive by the sheet, not economic in the long run. I'm glad I finally came to my senses!
