Bought my 2016 Toyota Highlander "used" and was pleased to see that it has a navigation system. Little did I know, however, that no software was downloaded. Accidentally discovered I needed it to work (that's how I found out the software wasn't downloaded) and found this page. I ordered the required version of the s/y; It arrived in pristine condition as promised. It took about 5 minutes to download the software: Download software; Press the engine start button (DO NOT put your foot on the brake - do not start the engine); Follow the on-screen instructions and start the engine. Wait about 5 minutes for the software to load. Then press "Restart" on the screen and voila! You're done. Light. Haven't traveled yet; i will do it in the next few days. I recommend this product.
