Review on ADVENOR 4D Vibration Plate Exercise Machine - Triple Motor 120 Speed W/Loop Bands For Whole Body Workout Fitness, 3D/4D Platform Home Fitness by Paulo Heisler

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Sciatic nerve pain worsened for me, but machine in itself is great.

So the machine is great. Silent. Good Quality. Some online sellers feel only few millimeter vibration up and down at 30Hz is the way to go for bone growth etc. A book was written around all this. I can inform that this machine can do exactly that too, and other settings and movements as well.I actually first ordered this machine based on my research. Only to LATER find this ebook on vibration plates telling me only 30Hz whole plate vibration works. And the Author off course will sell you her own models and machines. Very expensive ones. There are other copies of her machine out there cheaper. The science is vague. I dont agree with her conclusions. I think its a bit of sales gimmick as well. Not enough research has been done on all the vibration modes. It turns out this cheap machine can do what these recommended machines do too. and more. You can choose to run it at 30Hz only at 1-2mm movement straight whole plate up and down. Then it has other movements as well you can choose individually or together.Whole body is getting vibrated. Even organs and eyeballs if you push it hard enough. My body likes not just the 30Hz one but the others too. Different qualities. For this price its a steal. Solid equipment. Now my own personal observations:I bought it in the hopes of healing my sciatic nerve pain. I only used it for 1 day now but my pain is worsened. I even tried putting the machine next to a mattress on the floor. Lay with my hip on the plate and body on the mattress and vibrate without bodyweight on the lower back. If anything it made it worse too.Even at the 30Hz setting only.Standing and vibrating also was creating more pains.I also tried inversion table. Didnt work.Chiropractor didnt help either. So I might just be a special case. Or maybe too early to tell. If I update this review its because it got better from this machine. If no updates then it didnt help.Also. I train and teach Karate. Im not in crazy shape but not really a couch potato either. I can say I dont understand why peoples pulse goes up standing on these plates. Or start sweating. I do 10min and it doesn't feel like a workout, but more like a massage. My partner says the same. And she isnt in super shape either.I guess if your old retired and not used to moving this feels like a workout. But not for me. Im 49 btw.I wish the keypad buttons was on the side or on a separate receiver box because if you choose to sit or lay over the plate for specific areas to get vibrated you accidentally push the buttons with your body. Also hard to hit the buttons while its vibrating. Forcing you to use remote. As for EMF. you cannot turn off the bluetooth. That sucks. In fact I wish they saved the money on bluetooth, speakers, lights etc. And just put the money in the machine only.Also. the electromagnetic pollution is high. Comes from the motors. Its not a huge deal as you only do 10min each time on it. But still. its good to know what your getting into. All these machines have this issue. Not just this one.Lastly I will say this: I have a bellicon rebounder for moving the Lymf. This machine beats any rebounder in lymphatic movements in my opinion. Im selling my rebounder.Hope this was helpful info.
