Alertra does a good job at monitoring both web servers and routers. I appreciate their ability to monitor both. Their customer service is exceptional when needed. No real problems other than the standard problems with other services that we've used. It's easy to set up and integrate, works well, and the tech support is great. The best thing is that they have a lot of resources for customers who are having issues getting their servers monitored. I like that they are able to monitor servers across the globe, if needed. Alertra Website Uptime Monitoring is very easy to set up and use. I have used it on several websites and it has always been easy to set up and use. I don't have any complaints. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a website monitoring service. I use it for my web hosting business. I monitor my servers and routers for downtime.
