The team was very helpful, always available for questions or queries that arose during our process of building out this app! They are great to work alongside as well - not just technical but creative too (we hired them because they had built several apps already).
Some things took longer than expected due some issues outside their control which meant we were pushed back slightly from what initially planned timelines allowed us in order deliver everything at once; however there's no real complaints here other then maybe it would have been nice if all went smoothly without any delays so far!! Great experience working together though & I'd highly recommend hiring these guys again should you need more help down your path :) We're currently using Tictail specifically within e-commerce applications where customers can purchase items directly through mobile devices via Shopify stores/apps etc rather having people visit physical locations / go online shopping elsewhere like.
- They work hard, do great work, know what they're doing, very helpful and knowledgable about everything related to app building, and are always very available to talk to when you need them
- The only thing I can say is that I wish I could have worked with them sooner
