I give this phone 5 stars now, that may change. I definitely give the Omeilia seller 5 stars because they did a great job with their warranty service. Received the phone in March 2021. I really liked the phone right away. It's really fast, has lots of storage, great screen resolution and the battery lasted really long. Without charging, it can work about a day and a half. So I was very happy with the purchase - great deal for the price. The battery was definitely dead at the end of July. takes about half a day. Only about 3 hours in use. I was disappointed and initially tried working directly with Oukitel. Didn't get a single letter from them. I am very angry about this because the phone still has 1 year warranty. I contacted Revain and they set up a direct message with the Omeilia seller. (Special thanks to Will at Revain, very helpful and customer oriented.) After some discussion, Omeilia sent me a new phone and I sent the old one back. Super fast and friendly. The new cell phone works great and I would buy from Omeilia again at any time.
