Good however DO NOT buy for pre-natal Yoga
It is definitely light weight and good for regular yoga. However it was advertised as very sturdy and hence I bought it for pre-natal yoga. These are not as sturdy for pregnant women, especially in their last trimester. One needs something that wouldn't bend with the extra weight and support you 100%. I would only recommend it for folks for the regular yoga
