I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of this webcam. The image is clear even in low light. As expected, the sound quality isn't amazing, but it's not terrible either. It's best to use as a backup mic when recording, but definitely not as a primary audio source. It is solidly assembled, there are no defects on the camera itself or scratches on the lens. It's a simple plug and play interface that works well with many of my desktop HD video quality recording applications.
