UPDATE: I subtract another star for the volume that the cable emits. If it rubs against *something* when you turn your head a millimeter, you'll hear a loud scratching noise in your left ear. If they just didn't use the wrapped cloth maybe it wouldn't be so bad but sometimes I can't take it and have to stop using the headset. They could probably be replaced with something quieter, but that's a terrible design flaw, I'm not sure how they missed it. These are really good headphones. They're excellent at blocking external noise, have good build quality, and are probably the best gaming headset I've ever owned. The big issue for me is that the cable on the left makes a lot of noise if you're moving *at all*. If you turn your head, you hear a creaking friction noise. It spoils the immersion a bit, but I'm not sure it will bother me in the long run. Good quality cable and all, just let a lot of friction noise in your ear. That aside, though, it's a fantastic headset and if you're using a single monitor or something like that it might not be as annoying.
