After a long search we decided on this device and were very satisfied with the purchase. Image and color quality is excellent for graphic design projects and website creation. Customer service was incredibly understanding and helpful when the first item was damaged by the carrier. After several photos and free return shipping, the replacement device was delivered overnight. It's easy to connect Mac and Windows devices to PIP, but the picture is small. The tilt, height and rotation are great, as is the vertical capabilities for using the designer pad and stylus. Overall, this is great value for money.
