I don't know why it has bad reviews. I didn't even read the instructions and it worked wonders for me! I bought a used 2019 Lincoln with white patches on the headrest and steering wheel. It knocked him out in seconds! I don't know how others use it but I just bought some microfiber towels here at Revain and sprayed the material, used a dry towel to dry it until the streaks were gone and when that towel got too wet, caught I started to use it but got another to dry it.
