Review on Asobu 32 oz. Insulated Pour Over Coffee Maker - Double-Wall Vacuum and Stainless-Steel Filter, with Take on the Go Carafe in Mint Green by Tony Fuchs

To be honest I loved my coffee maker/jug. Five start loved! Keeps coffee hot all day. But when the lid breaks and is no longer removable and the coffee gets stuck inside, it's no longer love. After discovering that the first lid was defective, Revain customer service said the company would not replace the lid as my pan was longer than its warranty. It cost $50 so it was worth replacing the broken cover. I literally used a second cap for 6 days when the same problem reoccurred. When we tried removing the lid to get hot coffee, it twists in place but doesn't come off. Once tightened, it breaks inside the lid where the plastic and metal join and cannot be removed. I would love to order a third lid (and maybe some spares as they are so fragile but we can't remove the second one at all. Very very very disappointed with the customer service from this company. The pot itself is very well made but 50 € for the fill function are just stupid. Portability was an advantage for us and we cannot use it as described. All we asked for was replacement of the defective product.
