I initially ordered this product at the beginning of quarantine because I have a long haired dog who needs regular grooming. I was able to use this on all the immediate need places very easily and quickly. I quite liked the trimmer, so I was really upset when I accidentally dropped it and broke it. I emailed the business and asked if I could buy a replacement head, since it works so well. Instead they sent me a new one! That's both standing behind your product and taking care of your customers. I definitely plan to remain a customer and am looking to them for other products they might make that I need. Especially with all the stress in the world it's so wonderful to see a company standing behind their product and trying to make life easier for their customers.
