I bought this to provide face lighting for the many online meetings I attend from my home office. It has all the features I wanted and I was pleasantly surprised at how heavy and durable it is. With brightness and color temperature options, it's easy to find the setting that works best for you. I'm very happy with how I look on camera now, no more shadows from overhead lights. Pros: Very strong gooseneck won't wobble or hang. The sturdy clamp keeps it securely on the table. You can choose natural (warm) light, white (cold) light or more diffuse cold light. Multiple brightness settings so your eyeballs don't burn when your face is lit. USB powered so I can plug it into my laptop and not have to fetch a valuable plug from my outlet at home. That's a big plus! I don't really see any disadvantages. This worked great out of the box and did everything I hoped it would. After seeing it in action I'll probably buy another one to provide lighting for coin photography. I can take pictures through the center of the ring and avoid glare.
