The reason I downgraded my rating to 1 star overall is the poor water flow. After using it for a few weeks I REALLY regret spending my money on such a pathetically weak and ineffective bidet. We replaced another bidet (BioBidet BB-i3000) with this one and the BB-i3000 had a MUCH stronger flow which was easy to adjust if you didn't want a lot of flow. Even with the "Strong" setting and the Swash LT89's maximum flow, the flow is frustratingly weak. I would NOT buy any other Swash for this reason and certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If it hadn't been for so much hassle I would have sent it back but now it's fitted and I can only accept it as I threw away the old one.
