Review on Rukket Rebounder Adjustable Pitchback PurePower by Paul Monzon

This would be back in the box for a refund if we still had the box. The item is faulty and the net is so small that when you pull it, the hooks that hold it in place literally break. plastic parts fly. Not good. At first Rukket texted about the decision, but then they just flew off the planet a couple of weeks ago - never replying one way or another as to whether they would replace the item. Unfortunately I've already redesigned the box as they were originally responsive. Choose a different item. This one is buggy, insecure and customer service is not responding.
