Maybe for something other than airsoft they might be ok but I wouldn't recommend them at all. While they offer excellent eye protection (I've tested them against AEG and CO2 weapons), they don't perform well in MilSim competition. The mask fogs up easily, making it very difficult to see. Removing the small black tabs at the top or bottom will reduce fogging a bit but will reduce the protection for your eyes. If you plan on using them with a FAST helmet setup or any other helmet setup, look elsewhere, they are quite bulky and stick out of your face quite a bit making the helmet sit uncomfortably on your head.
