I will never buy traditional lockup reels again - I feel like we've been doing it wrong for 100 years. Have you ever been in a situation where your desk just had to stay in place? You fix 2 or more castors with your foot and hope for stability. But it never works, ever. Inevitably, a castor will come loose or the table will simply roll across the floor on locked wheels. With these casters you get the table where you need it, drop the cushions and you have a solid base and the wheels are out of the question. An added bonus is that these rollers allow you to micro-level the entire table. One more thing, these reels have a much smaller profile than swimming reels so you won't be kicking them around the table. I use them on both my sawing/milling station and my unloading/build table.
