I love this product! I chose one because my roommate found a similar one. and now we are working remotely. My computer would easily overheat if it was on my lap, but it's not that bad now (it's getting older). It's more than others that I personally like because I don't like the feeling of the computer being so close to the body with the arms like a T-Rex. The palm rest is a nice feature that is rarely found. I usually take notes at work, so having a place to write and then a place for a pen/pencil is handy - it was also a very rare find with a separate place for a phone. The fabric is durable. The pads on the bottom have a firmer feel (not like a bean bag). And 2 different pillow sizes create a good buoyancy for my size (5.4). I can use it straight or cross-legged with no problem. And the carrying handle is very convenient. Edges can wear out faster depending on handling, I stand on the hardwood floor in the corner when not in use. The palm rest also came off (halfway) within 2 weeks of use. I could see that it was attached with a small amount of glue with screws holding it together. You don't feel the screws so I just super glued them on and had no problems.
