Hallo . First, nothing really wrong with the seller. Except that the return window had closed when I tried the remote control. Now I'm stuck with a non-functioning remote control. Any why is this the case? It's not really a remote control. It's Vizio and their remote access technology. The OEM remote is annoying. You must point it directly at the receiver for it to work. And even then, sometimes you don't get an answer. I guess Vizio doesn't care because most people have the cable and don't use an OEM remote. I bought this remote based on some of the reviews here at Revain. And because it was cheap. But to be honest, it also sucks. I believe the problem is with the TV's receiver and not necessarily the remote control. Anyway, I have a remote now and it doesn't change channels or volume like most remotes I've ever used. Therefore, I recommend you not to buy this remote control.
