The product itself works well. strong strong The screws that came with the heavy duty closet rod bracket were just awful. I would cut more stars if I didn't already have the ones that fit and work at home. If I had to go outside to shop I would lose a star or two. In the store there were only plastic ones that were already cracked, which is why I ordered these here. Two seconds later, the screws came loose - too easy, even if you drilled a hole in the wood. The rod holder is strong and will hold heavy winter coats without having to put them on the floor. Before starting any project or swapping or hanging, make sure you have the best quality screws.
