After 3 cheaper bottle cages broke due to violent blows from the bottle cage behind the saddle, I finally invested in an X-Labs Gorilla Cage. It's worth it.* The grip strength is strong, so you don't have to try to reshape the cage to hold it in place* The grip strength is not too big, I can still push the bottle out of the cage by kicking* The carbon design makes it is more immune to fatigue jumps that aluminum cages have * Capture extends over a large area of the bottle unlike many cages which only capture the bottle in one spot. This makes the grip more secure and less likely to change from bumps or flexing.* Very snug fit in a 33oz Zefal Magnum*. Made in America!
