Review on πŸ‘– High-Performance Motorcycle Riding Jeans with Armor for Racing and Cycling – Includes 4 Knee and Hip Protective Pads (L=32, Blue) by Mark Taylor

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Fits a little oddly for tall men and feed pockets are awful

First, I'm 6'5", athletic build, waist 34 (usually 36 inseam, sometimes 34 depending on the designer). To me, these jeans feel tight in the legs and the waist feels very loose when my body wouldn't even touch them, but a belt fixes that easily and they feel pretty comfortable. As others have pointed out, they're about the same thickness as regular jeans., so I don't know how the manufacturer named the jeans warranted for riding, let alone "racing", or maybe they just meant style? Finally, the knee bags are just awful. Whoever designed them may have never been on a bike, as the top of the pad bags (albeit on the outside) goes over it and there is no way to secure it, so it just acts like an air intake and flips over almost immediately when you drive - as shown in my drawing The reason they gave 3 stars instead of 2 is because the quality and price are about right. Bottom line since they're better than nothing I'll have them sew some velcro onto the bag x overlays to keep them closed BUT I won't be buying them again and if I could rewind I'd find something else, using my lessons learned from it.
