We got this without the adjustable straps. We emailed the seller and he responded immediately and kept us informed of the solution at all times. The service was almost as good as the product! This item fits great and is thick and durable. I'm looking forward to the burn remedy - I've never used it so we'll see. Due to the fact that we ironed some shirts ourselves, this pays for itself in no time compared to dry cleaning. The price is a lot considering the product AND the services from HK (the seller)!
