I only set this up a day ago, so here's my take for what it's worth.PROS:Very easy to install - took probably 2 minutes start to finish.Installation does not requires any toolsNo holes have to be made in wallsCan mount underneath a cabinet or on a wallEasy to load paper towel rollsAn extra adhesive is included in case it ever needs to be reinstalled/relocatedCONCERNS:1. How well adhesive will hold up over time, and2. Will adhesive cause injury to wall if removedThese concerns are not major. There's always the option of not using the adhesive and just screwing the holder to the wall or cabinet. Also, walls are fairly easy and simple to repair for anyone with even a little handyman experience.For the price of this thing, I really don't think you can go wrong.
