Metric Triangle - Carpenter's Square

First of all it is important to note that the line marking holes are graduated in millimetres. You're out of luck if you want to draw a line exactly 1/4 inch from the edge. I use metric and imperial interchangeably so this is not a problem for me. , it's a good triangle. It's a bit small to build, and the Swanson speed square has more room when you lay out the rafters. If you mainly use cabinets, this is a really good tool. It is accurate and allows you to draw lines in 1mm increments from 1mm to 100mm. Bright colors make it difficult to get lost in your store. Although I'm sure I can handle it without much effort. Deep marks will never rub off. I use it regularly.

  • Rugged die-cast aluminum construction. Essential carpentry tool for framing, roofing, corner work etc.
