Since using them my teeth and gums are really healthy. The end of the "brush" is more durable than most products of this type, so it slides between teeth without bending and is useless. At first I thought it was a little *too* strong because it bled a bit, but it turned out to be due to mild gingivitis. Continued use kept the area clean and allowed the gingivitis to heal. Currently? No more bleeding. Pink and healthy gums. I just had a dental check up yesterday and again got compliments on how healthy my teeth are and how well I take care of my teeth. I only brush my teeth twice a day and use one of these photos a few times a day in between.
