Not compatible with 2010 Dodge Challenger

I bought these for my 2010 Dodge Challenger which the description says compatible. Actually it isn't. I used the instructions that came with it and also watched the YouTube video. They don't fit and the product breaks. I am asking that you return the item for a refund.
