Just so you know I have an ITC-308 (kegerator) and an ITC-310T. I had an issue with the first ITC-310T but it was quickly resolved by Inkbird customer service. The ITC-310T-B differs from the ITC-310T-T in the following points: Up to 12 temperature setpoints. Allows you to set 12 different temperature/time settings. Let's say you set your fermenter to 66F for 12 hours. If the temperature falls above or below 66, it will count up to 12 hours before proceeding to the next step. Depending on the temperature, only the time at a specific temperature is taken into account. So if you set 66 to 12 hours and spend 30 minutes of that time getting to 66, the total time would be 12.5 hours. Pretty cool stuff. Phase Alert - allows you to set an alarm when you move to the next phase. You can set just the beep or set it to hold the temperature until you move on to the next step. Current level display. Similar to the current temperature, pressing the down arrow will show you which stage you are currently in (this may have been the case on previous models). but I knew nothing about it. I am currently using this for a batch of beers and it works as expected. Really happy with them. Am I saying that if you are happy with your ITC-310T then you must buy it? No, but I'll say it's worth the money if you want additional time settings and other features, especially when you have it on sale. I am not being paid for this and as you can see above I purchased this item. If you found this review helpful, please mark it as helpful below.
