Review on Drosselmeyer Nutcracker, Red - Crack Open Nuts Effortlessly! by Tim Woods

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Not the best for pecans

I bought this nutcracker for my husband. He's been using Nutcracker with Nuts and Duke Nuts for a few years now and it leaves a pile of shells. Initially, he liked Drosselmeyer's Nutcracker because it includes the shell and eliminates the need for washing. However, after using it for two weeks, he returned to Duke. He said Drosselmeyer cracked the side of the pecans and damaged the nut. He tried flipping the pecan several times to crack it softer, but the pecan still went bad. The Duke's Nutcracker will break open the ends of the pecan, and the whole pecan is more likely to pop out.
