After struggling with the rangefinder I originally received, I contacted the seller. I explained that this worked intermittently, and I've even tried new batteries many times with limited success. I don't play that often so it's been almost 2.5 months since I bought the rangefinder. I received a response from the seller almost immediately and he had a few more questions regarding my concerns. A few days later he mailed me a new unit which arrived just as quickly. This rangefinder worked perfectly and I am very happy with this purchase.
