Excellent backpack. The shoulder straps are extremely strong and will withstand all manner of tugging, pulling and rocking of the backpack with heavy loads and after almost two years of use the backpack is still in great condition. The backpack has conveniently located handles for easy carrying. The biggest downside, however, is that while the hydration bladder can be used for a laptop, the backpack isn't really designed for it. To insert and remove the laptop, you need to pull the top of the backpack. This can be inconvenient, especially when traveling by plane with a laptop.
