They were delivered on Friday last week, now Thursday and we're throwing them away. We've had them for less than a week. The child wears them for an hour a day. This is actually the second pair we have received. I thought the first pair fell apart because they were too big for a child's foot so we bought a smaller pair. By now it's clear that these shoes just aren't meant to be worn outdoors. I tried to contact the seller but got no response and in Covid times returns are more of a hassle than just taking a loss on cheap shoes.
