I received the grinding machine on 05/09/2010. It was not possible to use it because the grinding machine was damaged during transport. I also ordered a Rikon 70-100 lathe. The machine came with a broken head. I've called Rikon Customer Service three times (once on May 11th, May 20th and May 25th) but I still don't have a part to fix my grinder or a replacement head for my lathe. I cannot praise Rikon's customer service enough. I don't think I will ever order this kind of equipment from Revain or any other online service.
