This is a good product. I have a smaller diameter steel wheel.

clean face without dirt! This is a good product. I have a steel bike with smaller diameter tubes. A tip to keep them in place and not twisting is to line up the contact side of the fender with sponge tape. Now the fender stays perfectly flat throughout my ride.
