Review on 🪑 Serta AIR Health and Wellness Executive Office Chair: High Back, Big and Tall, Ergonomic Design for Lumbar Support, Swivel, Bonded Leather, Black by Heidi Monroe

I received this chair and, like many reviewers, found that the chair did not have the 'Serta' name. Not by manual. There is a cs number in the manual that is not Serta. So I went one step further. I called Serta. They sent me to the "real innovation" that makes the chairs that Serta puts its name on. Serta actually only makes mattresses, not chairs. So I called True Innovations and went to their website. The site has good chairs but this model is not in the photo. So I stayed on the line for 44 minutes when he told me "You are number 20", "You are number 15" and when I got to 1 he hung up. I'm done. I don't trust this chair. Plus, I sat on it and the fluffy chair collapsed under my measly 160-pound weight where I can feel the wood. On the seat it looks fluffy, but filled with "air". It smooths out and is actually quite firm. Come back. Save yourself the headache and skip this list.
