Received a large box chair in good condition via UPS truck today. It took about 20 minutes. To assemble the chair, the instructions were very clear and simple, there wasn't a single piece in the box. I received this chair and, like many reviewers, found that the chair did not have the 'Serta' name. Not by manual. There is a cs number in the manual that is not Serta. So I went one step further. I called Serta. They sent me to the "real innovation" that makes the chairs that Serta puts its name on. Serta actually only makes mattresses, not chairs.
