AppetizersUSA was not nearly as good as I had hoped it would be when I ordered from them for a party that I was throwing not too long ago. The company's assortment of gourmet food and frozen appetizers did not even come close to being appetizing. The appetizers, such as snacks and hors d'oeuvres, lacked any true flavor and were priced incredibly high in relation to the quality they offered. It was surprising that AppetizersUSA had such a restricted variety of items available for purchase given that they claimed to have something that would appeal to customers of all different tastes. It was a challenge for me to come up with choices that would satisfy both the dietary requirements and personal preferences of my visitors. The poor quality of the customer support was a further insult to injury. The employees were unhelpful, and it appeared that they did not know anything about their own merchandise. They were unable to offer me any direction on which items would be appropriate for my party, and they showed no interest in addressing my concerns when I brought them up. AppetizersUSA provided me with an overall negative experience, and as a result, I would not recommend their services to anyone. Those in search of a caterer for a party or event can choose from a much wider variety of choices today.
