Review on Zirconia Stackable Eternity Simulated Sterling by Elizabeth Jackson

Bought 2 of these rings. both have already lost their stones. The first ring to lose stones, lost them in the first 3 days of wearing. Returned hoping for an exchange. I didn't hear from the company until I emailed them a second time and they were told it was under investigation. Another 2 weeks passed and I heard nothing until I emailed them again and found out that they would not replace the ring but would fix it because it was worn. When I finally spoke to someone from customer service she told me they were back on repairs and she would try to speak to someone to find out what the delay was. This ring wasn't cheap for the stones to fall out. For the first week after buying both rings I would not recommend this ring or this company.
